Inspired by the world of nature – in both lines, forms & colors -, we plan to integrate the different land usages into one whole development.

 

We realize this vision through the world of water & greenery to create the separation between usages, yet at the same time, allow for connectivity through the use of bridges and water transport, to forge the various land uses into one seamless development that will become an iconic landmark along the coast.

 

This project uniquely include theme park, hotel, villas, apartment, and a row of shop houses. The resort is an example on how modernity and cultural value merges into one, from several motifs adorning the façade of both the hotel and apartment to the sleek yet eclectic design of the shop houses, rich with Asian touch.
