A project that is essentially a reconstruction of a house from the mid-2000s, the house has been designed with a contemporary look that combines both a stoney dignified look on the street front, but with a more open and transparent skin on the waterside frontage.

The public and living areas are distributed over the level 1 with an appropriate interface with the private pool, and the roof level designed along the line of a roof villa; complete with a traditional yet modern looking pitched roof.
