A historic project initiated by the government aimed at sprucing up the Marina Bay area.

Our award-winning design involves a new independent building that is inextricably linked to the historic waterboat house via a completely glass bridge, providing spaces for a renowned French restaurant, rooftop bar and ground floor retail spaces.

The design centres around the ongoing dialogue between New & Old, and originally art deco inspired nautical theme made contemporary thru new languages of steel, glass and water.
